What Happens During A Consultation?

The first thing we’ll do is have a quick chat over the phone. The purpose of this is to find out some basic details such as when and where your wedding is taking place.

We’ll also discuss what particular service you’re interested in. You can use us to design and plan your wedding or you can use our hire products and do things yourself. If you’re not sure what level of service will suit you best, we’ll help you decide.

Once we’ve had this brief chat, we’ll then arrange a proper, full-blown consultation at another time that suits you.

You now have a choice.

You can arrange to visit our design studio in Glasgow or we can do a ‘virtual’ consultation by phone and email.

In our design studio, you can do a mock-up of how your wedding will actually look on the big day. We can also show you examples of stationery, transport, marquees, lighting, even catering if you so desire.

What If I Can’t Visit You In Person?

It’s obviously great to put a face to the name and meet in person, however, if you’re based abroad or in another part of the UK that makes visiting our studio inconvenient, a Virtual consultation will be ideal.

Don’t worry if this is the case. Sometimes, we don’t actually meet a bride and groom until just before the wedding. We’ll get to know each other by spending lots of time talking by phone and communicating online.

If you just want to hire from us, you don’t even need to meet us. We’ll arrange for all your hire goods to be delivered and collected whilst liasing with your wedding venue contact.

We take care of everything for you. All you need to do is make sure you enjoy your wedding. By the way, if you do use us for any service, you’ll be so unstressed you’ll wonder what all the fuss is about organising your wedding.

What Happens After The Consultation?

After your consultation, we will have gathered enough details about your wedding vision to create a design proposal or a hire quotation depending on what level of service you require.

Everything will be laid out in plain English with images and detailed descriptions showing you the investment required to create your ‘Dream Wedding’.
