Event design & management

88 Events Company has been designing and organising prestigious events, weddings and parties across the UK since 1995.

The team comprises of people with backgrounds in event management, theatre and production, which allows us to produce innovative, design-led events that are both stunning in their ingenuity and originality.

Event hire

Launched in 2002, the hire division is based on two founding principles – extremely high quality goods and impeccable service.

So, if we’re not directly involved in the organisation of a top event, there is a good chance that the country’s top events companies, venues and corporates are using 88 Events’ hire division for the very best quality table linen, tableware and cutting edge accessories.

What‘s the name all about?

Well, back in 1994 when Sheila Samuels first decided to embark on a new journey into the events industry, she worked from a converted bathroom in her then family home.

The company grew very quickly until it took over most of the house and commercial premises were required but you’ve probably guessed it by now, the house number where it all started was of course 88!
